Mr. Apkarian is a trial lawyer. He represents companies and individuals in a variety of business cases, including shareholder disputes, contract actions and collections. He also represents landowners and tenants in real estate litigation, including lease disputes, boundary disputes, property damage claims and eminent domain litigation. Mr. Apkarian also represents companies in automotive litigation and supplier conflicts, including contract disputes, warranty claims, and stop ship threats.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Apkarian negotiates and drafts numerous contracts, with an emphasis in sales agreements, automotive terms and conditions, non-competes, leases and easements.
Mr. Apkarian spent the first ten years of his career working for Dickinson Wright PLLC, and he partnered with Anthony Paesano and Brian Akkashian in January of 2013.
Mr. Apkarian was named a “Super Lawyer” in Commercial Litigation by Michigan Super Lawyers in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Outside of the office, Mr. Apkarian enjoys spending time with his wife, Alexandra, his three kids, and his dog. He is an avid Detroit sports fan and enjoys golf and music.
