Robert C. Reiland
Corporate and Securities Law
Robert Reiland joined Paesano Akkashian Apkarian, PC as an associate attorney in February 2017. Mr. Reiland focuses his practice on business litigation and general corporate matters, including contract and warranty disputes, business torts, and shareholder oppression actions. Mr. Reiland also maintains an active domestic relations practice. During his time at Paesano Akkashian Apkarian, Mr. Reiland has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reiland gained significant litigation experience representing high net worth clientele as an associate with Bank Rifkin, PLLC.
Mr. Reiland was named a 2018 Rising Star in Business Litigation by Michigan Super Lawyers. He attended Michigan State University College of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, focusing his studies on corporate and securities law. Mr. Reiland was recognized for his academic achievements during law school by the Association of Corporate Counsel, which awarded him their annual Business Law Scholarship. In addition to his studies, Mr. Reiland served as Articles Editor for the Michigan State University Law Review and clerked for the Michigan Attorney General, Corporate Oversight Division.
Outside of the office, Mr. Reiland is an avid runner and enjoys following Michigan State athletics.
