Madeleine C. Craig

Madeleine Craig is an associate attorney in Paesano Akkashian’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Madeleine represents both individuals and corporations on a variety of matters including real estate, automotive supplier disputes, shareholder disputes and general business matters. On the transactional side, Madeleine works closely with clients advising them at all stages of business planning and entity formation. She drafts and negotiates a range of contracts including purchase and property management agreements, financing statements and operating agreements.

Prior to joining Paesano Akkashian, Madeleine worked as an associate with her practice area focusing primarily on real estate litigation and business and residential lending and contract matters. Madeleine has worked closely with both individual and corporate clients settling terms and conditions for real estate transactions and facilitating the transfer of title between real estate agents, borrowers, and title companies.

Madeleine also has experience on a variety of probate matters including estate planning, probate administration, and representing clients on contested will and trust matters.

During law school, Madeleine was a member of the Immigration and Asylum Law Clinic and served as an editor for the Journal of Law in Society.

Outside of the office, Madeleine enjoys traveling, running and playing tennis.
