Anthony R. Paesano

A founding partner of Paesano Akkashian, Anthony Paesano’s primary practice area focuses on transactional matters of all shapes and sizes. He is frequently involved in transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance (including Affiliated Business Arrangements under RESPA), securities , corporate structuring and compliance, and other general business transactions. Anthony represents publicly reporting and trading companies on the OTC marketplace and national exchanges, and represents closely-held corporations pursuing initial public offerings, tender offerings and reverse mergers, and represents Issuers and Broker/Dealers in raising capital through registered and exempt offerings.

Brian M. Akkashian

Brian Akkashian co-founded Paesano Akkashian in August of 2011 with Anthony Paesano. Prior to that, Brian worked at Dickinson Wright PLLC for twelve years, the last nine as a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. Brian focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, including customer-supplier disputes, automotive litigation, shareholder disputes, fraud, insurance defense, employment litigation and business torts. Brian also counsels clients on all aspects of their business affairs, including contract negotiation and formation, employment, compliance and many other issues.

Devin W. Bone

Devin Bone joined Paesano Akkashian as an associate attorney in August of 2015.  He quickly established himself as skilled trial attorney, litigating business and securities matters in state and federal court throughout Michigan and the United States.  Devin accepted a partnership position with Paesano Akkashian in April of 2019 and continues to represents clients in a variety of complex litigation and transactional matters with a focus on securities, shareholder disputes, and corporate issues. Additionally, Devin represents investment funds, investors, broker dealers, and other financial industry professionals in a variety of transactions and litigation matters.

Alec M. Torigian

Alec Torigian is an attorney in Paesano Akkashian’s Commercial Litigation practice group. He represents companies and individuals in a variety of business cases including contract actions, shareholder disputes, warranty, and financial claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Alec negotiates and drafts various types of contracts and advises clients on all aspects of business planning, entity formation, and compliance. Alec joined the firm in 2021 and was elevated to a partnership position in July of 2023.

Nicholas M. Hayes

Nicholas Hayes is a transactional attorney with Paesano Akkashian. He represents a variety of public and private companies, as well as individuals, in complex transactional and corporate matters. Nick oversees all aspects of his clients operations, from start up capital raising and financing through dissolution. Nick also specializes in intellectual property issues, including Name, Image, and Likeness rights and transactions.

Madeleine C. Craig

Madeleine Craig is an associate attorney in Paesano Akkashian’s Commercial Litigation practice group. Madeleine represents both individuals and corporations on a variety of matters including real estate, automotive supplier disputes, shareholder disputes and general business matters. On the transactional side, Madeleine works closely with clients advising them at all stages of business planning and entity formation. She drafts and negotiates a range of contracts including purchase and property management agreements, financing statements and operating agreements.

Matthew J. Enright

Matthew Enright is an associate attorney at Paesano Akkashian who specializes in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Matthew regularly represents a variety of clients—businesses and individuals— in complex commercial litigation ranging from contract and shareholder disputes to employment matters. Matthew has significant experience litigating in courts throughout the State of Michigan, and aggressively advocates for his clients, in and out of the courtroom. In addition to traditional commercial matters, Matthew has significant experience litigating complex fraud claims involving intentionally deceptive practices by litigants.
